History
The Jahna family has been mining sand in some capacity since the early 1900’s but it was the vision and hard work of Emil Jahna Jr. that formed the company as we know it today. Working with his father in the concrete products and mining business as a child and young adult, he took that experience and went on to build a business of his own in the mid 1940’s.
